对运动竞赛纳入大学体育与健康课程内容的实践进行了总结和分析 ,指出通过这一手段 ,一方面能培养学生的竞争意识和顽强的拼搏精神 ,另一方面也能促使学生加强锻炼 ,养成积极健康的生活习惯 ,并就如何实现这一改革提出了切实可行的配套措施
