应用灰色理论 ,建立GM( 1 ,1 )分段优化模型 ,对新会市 1 986～ 2 0 0 0年供电量进行模型拟合计算 ,两者能较好的吻合。运用此建立分段优化GM( 1 ,1 )模型的方法对新会市 2 0 0 1～ 2 0 1 0年的供电量进行了预测
