    摘要:

    管理信息系统的开发和应用已成为时代所必须.通过对中国管理信息系统应用的现状分析,可见其呈三元状态,而且存在五大不适应.同时针对这些现象提出了管理信息系统进一步发展的三个条件以及开发研制管理信息系统的六个原则.
