摘要:

在电力系统规划中 ,居民用电负荷的预测是一项重要的基础性工作。但影响居民用电负荷的因素很多 ,并且难以用一个线性表达式来表示。神经网络模型在处理非线性大系统的复杂问题中具有很大的优势 ,文中引入三层反向传播的神经网络模型 (BP网络模型 )对居民用电负荷情况进行了分析 ,并采用变化学习速率的方法对网络进行训练。
