    通过对运动技能的形成及其心理因素的分析 ,指出在运动技能形成各阶段中 ,融入心理训练 ,可以提高运动技能形成质量

    Abstract:

    Through the analysing the steps influencing athletic skills, the psychological factors affecting the evolvement of athletic skills in various courses of training are summarized for raising the quality of athletic skills.
