摘要:

提出了资源度量的新指标——使用性能指标、工艺性能指标、安全环保指标和综合经济指标，与现行的、也是传统的实物形态指标、价值形态指标共同构成资源度量的指标体系。指标体系的建立，使资源使用的有效性更具可比性，从而促进资源的合理利用
