综述了核辐照技术在食品工业诸多方面的重要应用，突出了这一技术的独特作用和价值。简要阐明了食品辐照的原理，提供了辐照卫生安全性的证据和保证。展示了核技术应用于食品工业的发展前景

Abstract:

A lot of important applications of nuclear technology in food industry including cereals,fruits,vegetables,condiments,meat and fishes,were expounded.The unique effect and value of unclear technology have especially been stressed.
