摘要:

介绍了测量ＴＴＬ反相器和ＣＭＯＳ反相器电压传输特性曲线的一种新方法。通过应用简单的数学函数关系式对示波器的ｘ轴重新标定，将ｘ轴代表的时间转换为输入电压。从而使ＴＴＬ反相器和ＣＭＯＳ反相器的电压传输特性曲线能够在示波器荧光屏上形象而又直观地显示出来。
