摘要:

用０．０１％秋水酰胺处理大蒜根尖７天，结果发现：该药物能诱发较高频率的微核细胞；产生较高频率的双核细胞；导致染色体畸变；促进核膨胀。研究表明，秋水酰胺是一种有效的细胞板抑制剂和诱发染色体畸变的诱变剂。

Abstract:

The rcot of Allium Sativurn was treated for a week by using of 0.01%colcemid,the result shows:(1)the drug can induce higher freguency of micronucleus cells;(2)it can also inducehigher frequency of two-nucleus cells;(3)it cauces chromosome aberration;(4)it
