本文介绍在以电池作为电源的便携式低功耗微机系统,和以电池作为保存数据的电池后备电源系统中,其存贮器及支持电路的结构和设计特点。文中简介了适用于这种场合的几种存贮器件,提出了降低功耗的措施,分析了有关电路。
