Abstract:In view of the actual situation of the leasing market, a preventive maintenance strategy for multi-equipment leasing considering the different lease periods and the quality of maintenance service is proposed.In this strategy, the influence of the cost of punishment, preventive maintenance, minor repair, failure rate threshold and maintenance service quality on the profit is considered comprehensively.The preventive maintenance strategy aiming at maximizing the profit of the lessor is optimized, and the failure rate threshold is optimized.Genetic algorithm is used to optimize repair degree and maintenance times under different lease periods.The example proves the feasibility of this model and provides a new way of modeling and decision-making for enterprise equipment maintenance management.
