    摘要:

    在分析机床再制造设计过程特点的基础上,引入公理化设计的相关理论与方法,形成基于多域映射的机床再制造设计过程框图;基于此,设计并开发基于公理化设计的机床再制造设计支持软件,包括机床信息、用户需求、功能规划、结构设计、再制造工艺设计等5个功能模块;该软件在某重型机床再制造设计中进行了初步应用与实施。

    Abstract:

    Based on the analysis of the characteristics of design for machine tool remanufacturing, a block diagram of design process for machine tool remanufacturing based on multi-domain mapping is proposed by introducing the related theories and methods of axiomatic design.Then, the design support software for machine tool remanufacturing based on axiomatic design is designed and developed, including five function modules of machine tool information, user requirements, function planning, structural design, and remanufacturing process design.The proposed method and software are initially applied and implemented in the design process of heavy-duty machine tool remanufacturing.
