针对高校工科人才工程实践创新能力培养不足的问题，在简要分析了目前高校工科学生学科竞赛存在的突出问题的基础上，提出了“学、赛、产”互动的工科人才培养理念，重点探讨了基于“学、赛、产”互动工科人才培养的对策：一是将学科竞赛与工科人才培养计划融合， 通过“学、赛、产”互动的学科竞赛内涵体系构建，使学科竞赛对工科人才培养的重要作用充分发挥；二是通过 “产教”深度融合，使学科竞赛与行业（企业）工程实际紧密联系，实现“赛产”互动；三是以学科竞赛为主线，改革专业理论课程和整合实践教学内容，提高现行教学环节及内容的工程实践性；四是按照“学赛融合”,“赛产结合”,“学、赛、产”互动的工程实践能力培养新理念，从组织、制度和经费三方面形成科学的学科竞赛组织管理运行机制。
In view of the inadequate practical innovation ability cultivation for engineering talents in the colleges and universities, based on brief analysis of prominent problems in students discipline contest majoring in engineering, this paper puts forward the engineering talent cultivation idea by “learning, contest and production” interaction, and emphatically discusses the engineering talents cultivation strategy based on “learning, contest and production” interaction. At first, discipline contest is integrated into engineering talents cultivation plan to make discipline contest play an important role in engineering talents cultivation by the construction of discipline contest connotation of “learning, contest and production” interaction. Secondly, through deep integration of “production and teaching”, the discipline contest is made to closely connect with industry (enterprise) engineering practice to realize “contest and production” interaction. Thirdly, by taking discipline contest as the theme, major theoretical courses are reformed and practical teaching contents are integrated to promote the engineering practice in current teaching link and teaching contents. Fourthly, according to the new practical engineering ability cultivation idea of “learning and contest integration”, “contest and production integration” and “learning, contest and production” interaction, discipline contest organization and management operation mechanism is formed via such three aspects as organization, institution and funds.
