    摘要:

    针对老年人身体机能的退行性改变,提出遵循老人生理特征的住宅环境适老性研究方法和参考指南;以人机工程学的感知系统研究为基础,分别从视觉、听觉、触觉3个方面对老年人生理机能特征与室内环境进行调研分析,并与住宅环境中各项设施要求进行关联,总结出老年人家居生活中存在的各项问题和障碍;结果从照明环境、色彩环境、声学环境及触觉环境等方面提出改善老年人住宅环境的设计建议,以满足老年人生理特点和需求;结论为住宅环境适用于老年人使用的标准提供设计方法和理论依据,改善老年人住宅环境品质,进而提升老人整体生活质量。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the degenerative change of the physical function of the elderly, this paper puts forward the proper aging design research methods and reference guidance for the residential environment in order to follow the physiological characteristics of the elderly, based on the study of human engineering sensory perceptual system, surveys and analyzes the physiological function characteristics of the elderly and their corresponding indoor environment from vision, hearing and tactile aspects respectively, correlates all facilities in residential environment, and summarizes all problems and obstacles existed in family life of the elderly. This paper also proposes proper aging suggestions for the physical environment of residence such as lighting environment, color environment, acoustic environment and tactile environment in order to meet the physiological characteristics and demand of the elderly. The conclusion of this paper provides design method and theoretical basis for the design criterion of residential environment for the elderly in order to improve residential environment quality and to promote the overall living quality of the elderly.
