    摘要:

    建筑机电工程管线抗震支架结构是一种建筑非结构构件。针对抗震支吊架可在地震中对建筑机电工程设施给予有效保护,从而大大降低震后二次灾害的破坏,运用多自由度体系振动模型进行仿真分析。选择DN系列管道与普通单管对夹式管箍侧向抗震支架为原型建立三维模型,在多自由度体系振动分析的基础上,研究管线系统的振动特性;运用振型分解反应谱法进行仿真分析,从而提取出在不同工况下管线系统的模态云图与地震位移响应云图;仿真结果表明:单管DN100在对夹式管箍侧向抗震支吊架的约束下,可以有效缓减地震位移响应,方法为非结构构件抗震系统的设计提供了理论依据,同时也为判断地震作用下建筑非结构构件累积损伤提供参考

    Abstract:

    The building electromechanical engineering pipeline seismic support is a kind of non-structural component. According to that seismic support can effectively protect building mechanical and electrical equipment engineering facilities in earthquake, making the loss of secondary disasters significantly reduced, the simulation analysis was produced by using the multi-degree-of-freedom system vibration model. The 3-D model, which based on DN series pipeline and common single-tube clamp type hoop lateral seismic brace, was built. The multi-degree-of-freedom system vibration model was studied. By using mode-superposition response spectrum method, the simulation analysis was carried out to extract the modal cloud and seismic displacement response cloud of the pipeline system under different conditions. The simulation results show that the single-tube DN100 can effectively mitigate the seismic displacement response under the constraint of clamp type hoop lateral seismic brace.This method provides a theoretical basis for the design of seismic system of non-structural component, and also provides reference for judging the cumulative damage of non-structural component.
