Abstract:Aiming at the multiattribute group decision making problem with the evaluation information as interval linguistic variables, this paper proposes an interval binary semantic multiattribute group decision making method based on regret theory, which can effectively consider Risk aversion by decision makers in the decision process. There are psychological differences between regret and rejoice. First of all, this paper introduces some basic concepts about interval binary linguistic information and gives the definition of interval binary linguistic mean and variance. Aiming at the multiattribute group decision making problem in which the decision matrix elements are unknown to the weight of the interval binary semantic variable, the variance of the interval binary linguistic is used to determine the optimal attribute weight by constructing the optimization model, and the interval based on regret theory is proposed. Finally, the method proposed in this paper is applied to the choice of enterprise design scheme. The results and comparative analysis show that the method has certain feasibility and effectiveness.
