    摘要:

    在全面推进生态文明建设进程中,为准确把握安徽省林业生态经济可持续发展状态,从资源、生态、经济和社会4个维度建立评价指标体系,结合熵权模糊物元理论及方法,建立安徽省林业生态经济可持续发展模糊物元评价模型,以2005—2016年安徽省林业生态经济可持续发展数据为样本进行实证评价。结果表明:2005—2016年安徽省林业生态经济可持续发展整体水平逐年提高,〖WTBX〗R〖WTBZ〗ρH(欧氏贴近度)值年均提高1.265 6个百分点,而各个子系统的ρH值也呈现不同程度的提高,资源可持续发展系统年均提高1.255 6个百分点,生态、经济和社会子系统的ρH值呈现波浪式变化特征,年均提高0.378 3,0.665 7和0.372 8个百分点,安徽省林业生态和社会可持续发展存在一定的压力,建议安徽省采取措施提高林业生态经济可持续发展水平。

    Abstract:

    In the process of overall promotion of ecological civilization construction, in order to accurately master the sustainable development state of forest ecoeconomy of Anhui Province, we set up evaluation index system from such dimensions as resources, ecology, economy and society, combine with entropy fuzzy matterelement theory and method to construct fuzzy matterelement evaluation model for the sustainable development of forest ecoeconomy of Anhui Province, and conduct empirical evaluation based on the data of the sustainable development of forest ecoeconomy of Anhui Province during 2005-2016. The results show that the total level of the sustainable development of forest ecoeconomy of Anhui Province during 2005-2016 increases year by year, that RpH value raises 1.2656 percent on the average annually while the pH value of each subsystem shows the rise to different extent, that the pH value of resources sustainable development system raises 1.2556 percent on the average annually, that the pH value of ecological, economic and social subsystem has wavestyle varying characteristic and raises 0.3783, 0.6657, 0.3728 percent on the average annually respectively, which reveal that forest ecology and social sustainable development of Anhui Province have certain pressure, as a result, this paper suggests that Anhui Government should take measures to raise the level of the sustainable development of forest ecoeconomy.
