    摘要:

    选取了省市生产总值(GDP)、各省市进出口总额、交通便利指数、城市新房均价4个主要的区位因子构建了评价长江经济带各省市区位优势的指标体系,结合功效系数法与熵值法,获得了长江经济带各省市区位优势的综合评价结果,结果显示:重庆区位优势在长江经济带排名第四,且在长江经济带上游位居首位;选取了反应地区交通状况的铁路营业里程密度、公路密度、内河密度、客运量总计、旅客周转量合计、货运量合计、货物周转量合计7项相关指标,构成了评价交通网络优势的指标体系,利用主成分分析法定量分析长江经济带各省市的交通网络优势,研究显示:重庆交通优势在长江经济带位列第七,但在长江经济带上游位居首位,交通比较优势凸显。基于上述的比较优势的结论,确定了重庆市区位与交通在整个长江经济带的发展战略定位。

    Abstract:

    By selecting such four regional factors as GDP, total amount of import and export, convenient transportation index and average price of city new houses of each province and municipality in Yangtze River economic belt, this paper builds index system to evaluate their location advantage, and combines efficacy coefficient method and entropy value method to obtain their comprehensive evaluation results. The results show that Chongqing’s location advantage locates at the fourth place in the belt and takes the first place in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River. By selecting such seven relative indexes as railway business mileage density, road density, inland river density, total passenger amount, total passenger turnover, freight volume and freight turnover to construct the index system for evaluating the transportation network advantage, the principal component analysis method is used to quantitatively analyze their transportation network advantage in the belt, and the results reveal that the transportation advantage of Chongqing stays at the seventh place in the belt but takes the first place in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River, and that Chongqing has the comparative advantage of the transportation. Based on above conclusion about the comparative advantage, the strategic position of Chongqing’s location and transportation in the whole belt is determined.
