    摘要:

    针对动车车轮日常维护中存在的过度镟修问题,提出通过建立新的镟修标准,以优化镟修设计策略;在建立动车车轮几何模型的基础上,利用镟修比例系数对轮缘厚度的减少量和轮径的减少量进行目标优化,使得磨损后的车轮能够以最少的镟修量,镟修到优化后的标准外形轮廓尺寸;以CRH2A型车LM型车轮的长期记录数据为基础,对磨耗后的车轮进行优化镟修后,对比传统镟修方案,优化镟修方案在最大程度恢复轮缘厚度的基础上,避免了过度镟修问题;优化镟修方案不仅能大幅度提高动车车轮的寿命,并且减少了因过度镟修带来的不必要的成本增加,具有很重要的实际应用价值。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the problem of over rotation in the daily maintenance of the wheels, a new standard is proposed to optimize the rotation design. On the basis of geometric model, using the proportionality coefficient to optimize the reduction of flange thickness and wheel diameter, this paper makes the reduction of flange thickness less, while the wheels can be fixed to the standard outline size. On the basis of the longterm record data of CRH2A type car’s LM type wheel, the optimum proposal makes the reduction of flange thickness less and avoid over rotation at the same time, compared with traditional solution. This optimization program can not only greatly improve the life of the wheel, but also reduce the unnecessary cost caused by over rotation, and have very important practical application values.
