    摘要:

    为实现高可靠度长寿命产品可靠性地快速评定,采用恒加试验方法,建立了逆幂律〖KG-*3〗-〖KG-*3〗Weibull统计模型;在逆幂律〖KG-*3〗-〖KG-*3〗Weibull统计模型中,假定试验应力各水平下Weibull分布型产品的失效机理保持不变,且尺度参数与试验应力间呈对数线性关系;利用最小二乘估计 (LSE) 法估计逆幂律〖KG-*3〗-〖KG-*3〗Weibull统计模型的未知参数,Weibull分布的形状参数和尺度参数;对某型变压器恒加试验数据的统计分析表明: 逆幂律-Weibull统计模型具有可行性,获得了对数线性加速模型,某型变压器在正常电压水平25.8 KV下相应可靠性指标的最小二乘估计.

    Abstract:

    In order to realize rapid evaluation on high reliability and longlife products,this paper uses constantstress accelerated life test method,sets up statistical model of inverse powerWeibull in which,suppose that the failure mechanism of Weibull distribution products is the same under each level of experiment stress,and that the relation between scale parameter and stress level demonstrates loglinear link,the unknown parameters of the statistical model of inverse powerWeibull,shape parameter and scale parameter of Weibull distribution are estimated by least square estimation. The statistical analysis of constantstress accelerated lifetest data of a transformer shows that the statistical model of inverse powerWeibull is feasible,loglinear acceleration model is obtained,the least square estimation of reliability indexes of a kind of transformer at normal voltage stress 25.8 KV is received.
