This paper studies the changes and inheritance of “Fengyang Huagu” of folk sports in Huaihe River Basin in Anhui Province by using the literature method. The main conclusion: “Fengyang Huagu” originated from Fengyang native, set “song, dance” as one of the original ecological folk sports project; its changes and natural conditions, politics, economy, people‘s life style are related; its heritage path is divided into three: the strategic road of the vicissitudes of folk traditions of inheritance, the road of political service heritage, and Huagu artist heritage to carry forward the road. After the founding of new China, “Fengyang Huagu” has the development of new opportunities, and is popular for the people in the main content of fitness and entertainment.
