This paper analyzes and summarizes the talent cultivation model for National Urgently Needed Special Doctor Candidate Cultivation Project for a Million Immigrants Settlement and Becoming Rich in Three Gorges Reservoir Area which is organized and implemented by Chongqing Technology and Business University, respectively analyzes and introduces the project from the perspective of cultivation plan, cultivation mode, security mechanism and so on, points out the problems in doctor candidate cultivation project and proposes suggestions for further improvement.
