    摘要:

    为了解大学生体质现状的薄弱项,有效推动体育课堂教学改革,从而提高大学生体质健康水平,〖JP+1〗对2015年大学生的体测数据进行了整体分析;通过调查了解到目前大学体育教学在教学内容设计、教学方法、成绩评价、教师理念等方面存在不足,这些因素无疑最终会影响大学生的体育锻炼兴趣和体质水平;针对大学体育教学内容设计,进行力量素质训练的课堂干预性实验研究,结果发现上肢力量训练除了能提高力量素质外,对其他身体素质包括速度和耐力也有较好的协同提升作用;基于以上研究,提出了高度重视高年级大学生体育锻炼监管,改进体育课堂教学内容设计与评价方法,改革教师教学理念等建议。

    Abstract:

    In order to understand the weakness of present physique situation of college students to effectively promote physical education classroom teaching reform so as to boost the physique health level of college students. This paper overall tested physical testing data of college students in 2015, and used survey to know that there are shortcomings in the aspects such as content design, teaching method, result evaluation, teacher ideas and so on in present college physical education teaching. These factors definitely affect the physical training interesting and physique level of college students. Based on physical education teaching contents design of the colleges, this study conducts strength training and class interference experiment, and results reveal that upper limb strength training can not only improve strength quality but also can synergistically boost speed and endurance. On the basis of above research, the paper gives suggestions for paying attention to senior college students’ physical training supervision by reforming classroom teaching contents design and evaluation method of physical education and by reforming teaching ideas of the teachers and so on.
