Through documentary, interview, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics method and so on, by the combination of ROST content mining system, this paper studies the perception situation of Fuzhou residents for holding the Youth Games in Fuzhou City, further conducts cognitive analysis and emotional analysis in Fuzhou residents, and uses keywords extraction and classification to put forward five suggestions from residents angle such as lowering matchrunning costs by controlling sports matches, raising public service level to improve the living quality of the residents, paying attention to the perception of the residents to raise the support degree of the residents, actively popularizing local culture to set up democratic participation system, timely making “posttheYouthGames strategy” to extend the active impact of the Youth Games.
