    摘要:

    以复杂系统观点,基于HLA(High Level Architecture)仿真标准,采用复杂系统的多Agent仿真研究方法,设计出中医药多Agent仿真体系结构;以“血瘀证候辩证”邦元主体(Federate Agent)结构为例,提出了基本智能仿真主体(邦元主体)的基础——中医药智能模型;在中医八纲辨证,脏腑辩证等理论和中医各派临床经验的基础上,汲取四诊智能Agent的临床信息和微观生化基因信息,采用智能模型与算法,设计了证候机制、方剂配伍、施治协作等联邦主体;同时通过通讯Agent和运行支撑环境RTI(RunTime Infrasturcture)建立了系统控制结构;并进一步提出了该仿真体系的复杂性研究的协调机制及智能优化功能;最后,以不同样本下专家诊断结果和仿真系统诊断结果相比较,验证了系统的正确性。

    Abstract:

    By taking complex system idea, based on HLA(High Level Architecture) standard simulation, by using multi-Agent simulation research method for complex system, this paper designs multi-Agent simulation system structure for traditional Chinese medicine, by taking federate Agent structure of stasis syndrome as an example, proposes basic intelligent simulation agent basis—Traditional Chinese Medicine Intelligent Model, based on differentiation of eight principles, theory of differentiation of Zang and Fu, and clinic experience of each school of traditional Chinese medicine, by absorbing intelligent Agent clinic information of four diagnosis methods and micro-bio-chemical gene information, by using intelligent model and computation, designs federate Agent for syndrome mechanism, compatibility of medicines in a prescription, and combination of all methods, meanwhile, by using communication Agent and RTI(Run Time Infrastructure), sets up system control structure, further puts forward the complexity research on the coordinated mechanism and intelligence function of this simulation system, and finally tests the correctness of this system by comparing the diagnosis results between experts and simulation system under different samples.
