Abstract:In order to evaluate the influence factors of undergraduate teaching satisfaction, this paper puts forward the analysis method of influencing factors by multilevel model. Undergraduate teaching satisfaction factors data with individual student data, department of professional, college and school organization have the nested structure, which does not meet the conditions for the independence of the traditional regression model, the modeling needs the multilevel model applied to nested structure data fitting analysis. Based on the collection of first hand data and secondary hand data, the construction of a comprehensive evaluation system of undergraduate teaching satisfaction is conducted, thereby a multi level model of factors affecting satisfaction is set up for the analysis, according to the conclusions of the model analysis, the constructive suggestions and countermeasures for improving the teaching satisfaction of undergraduate majors are pointed out.
