    摘要:

    基础设施建设是实现地区经济发展的关键条件,为准确把握中国省级基础设施发展对地区经济增长和社会发展的贡献,通过构建省级基础设施发展水平评价指标体系,以中国30个省(区)市2007—2016年的面板数据为样本,运用主成分分析法进行综合评价与比较。结果表明:我国基础设施发展水平极不平衡,三大地区基础设施发展呈现“东—中—西”递减趋势,存在较为明显的区域差异和省域差异,尤以东部地区最为显著;发展趋势上看,东部地区基础设施发展水平相对稳定,而中西部地区呈现波动发展趋势。建议三大地区因地制宜,创新发展战略,推动省级基础设施发展水平的提高。

    Abstract:

    Infrastructure construction is the key condition for the realization of regional economic development, in order to accurately grasp the contribution of the development of China provincial infrastructure to regional economic growth and society, through the construction of the provincial infrastructure development level evaluation index system, the panel data of 30 provinces from 2007 to 2016 are comprehensively evaluated and compared using principal component analysis, the results show that the level of China's infrastructure development is very uneven, that the development of infrastructure in three areas is decreasing from the East to the West, accompanied with obvious regional and provincial differences, especially in the eastern region;from the development trend, the level of infrastructure development in the eastern region is relatively stable, while the central and western regions experience fluctuations in the development. The author suggests that the three regions should suit measures to local conditions, innovate the development strategies, and promote the development of provincial infrastructure.
