    摘要:

    通过分析渐消面的特点和造型特征,根据渐消面上线、面变化的特征将其分为曲线渐消、曲面渐消、倒角渐消3种类型;提出了可适用于各种类型渐消面的造型思路,并结合CATIA中创成式曲面模块和自由曲面模块对每种类型渐消曲面进行了建模验证;阐述了其构建思路的实践、曲面处理技巧及曲面质量评价的方法,为CATIA环境下的工业产品曲面造型设计提供参考。

    Abstract:

    Via the analysis of the feature and the modeling characteristics of fading surface, according to fading surface line and changing feature of the surface, the fading surface can be categorized as curve fading, surface fading and fillet fading. This paper puts forward the available modeling philosophy suitable for all kinds of fading surfaces, makes the modeling test for all kinds of fading surfaces by combining generative shape design mode and freestyle shape mode under CATIA, and expounds its construction philosophy practice, surface modeling skills and fading surface evaluation method, which provide reference for the curve design of industrial products under CATIA environment.
