    摘要:

    学科竞赛对于整合课内外实践教学环节和创新工科人才实践能力培养方式具有重要作用。针对现行学科竞赛游离于实践教学体系及社会需求之外的问题,提出了“学、赛、产”联动的工科人才实践创新能力培养方式,阐明了“学、赛、产”联动的重要意义及内涵,并结合重庆工商大学机械工程学院制造类专业的实践探索,重点从整合实践教学环节、优化理论教学内容和建立企业实践教学平台等3个方面,研究构建了 “学、赛、产”联动的学科竞赛内涵体系,为制造类专业的人才培养提供了一定的参考。

    Abstract:

    Discipline contest plays an important role in the integration of extracurricular and inclass practical teaching link and the innovation of talent cultivation mode for engineering courses. According to the present problem in the separation of discipline contest from practical teaching system and social demand, this paper puts forward practical innovation ability cultivation mode with the interaction of learning, contest and production for engineering talents, clarifies the significance and connotation for the interaction of learning, contest and production, based on practical exploration for the engineering major of Mechanical Engineering School of Chongqing Technology and Business University, studies and constructs discipline connotation system with the interaction of learning, contest and production from such three aspects as the integration of practical link, the optimization of theoretical teaching contents and building enterprise practice teaching platform, and provides certain reference for the talent cultivation majoring in manufacture.
