为了提高SLS成型件的尺寸精度，实验烧结了平面尺寸样件和高度尺寸样件，得到了〖WTBX〗XY方向和Z方向的平均尺寸偏差；通过计算，确定了聚苯乙烯SLS烧结件的收缩率和XY向的尺寸的修正系数；结果表明：XY向修正系数为1.003；Z向尺寸偏差为1.16 mm，不受Z向尺寸大小影响；实验证明，修正后的数字模型烧结精度有很大的提高，XY尺寸偏差控制在0.06 mm以内，很好地满足了生产要求。
In order to improve the dimensional accuracy of parts, the flat dimensional precision and height dimensional precision were sintered by the selective laser sintering rapid prototyping experiments. Through experiments, the average dimensional discrepancies of XY and Z were obtained. The shrinkage rates of the SLS part for polystyrene powders and the correction factor on horizontal were got through calculation. The result shows that the correction factor on horizontal is 1.003 and the vertical dimensional discrepancy is 1.16 mm, and is not affected by the dimension size of Z. The experiment result shows that the dimensional accuracy of sintering part for correction digital model has greatly improved. The average dimensional discrepancy of XY is less than 0.06 mm, which satisfies the requirement of production.
