The construction technology and methods fitting for mobile learning are main problems faced by distance education presently, and therefore,OpenStack opensource component is used to design the mobile learning platform of an open university under cloud computing background. This paper in detail studies the scheduling strategy in cloud computing platform design and uses Novascheduler module in OpenStack as the scheduler. The platform after scheduling and optimization can effectively provide quality resources scheduling service for mobile learning resources managers, users and providers.
