    摘要:

    阐述了渗滤液回喷处理技术的概念和系统工艺流程,着重介绍了工控技术在系统中的架构和设计理念;项目运行一季度后,与同等级无渗滤液回喷垃圾发电项目相比较,自动化运行程度更高,可充分分解处理垃圾渗滤液而避免二次污染,对发电效率并不影响;最后比较锅炉结垢结焦和最终烟气两个常见应用效果,表现为项目锅炉基本没有结焦且对烟气净化系统无太大影响。

    Abstract:

    This paper expounded the concept and system technology process of leachate recycle technology, and emphatically discussed the framework and design idea in industrial control technology based on the examples. After a quarter of operation of this project, by comparing with garbage power generation without leachate recycle at the same level, it was found that this project had higher automation extent, could efficiently deal with garbage leachate to avoid the second pollution and could not affect power generation efficiency. Finally two usual application results of the coking of boiler scale and the final flue gas were compared and their performance of this project had no coking of the boiler and did not have much impact on flue gas cleaning system.
