By using relative historic data, this paper analyzes the relation between fixed asset investment and retail amount of social consumption products in Chongqing, determines the causality between the two variables by Granger Test, examines real quantitative relation between consumption and investment by Koyck Geometric Distribution Lag Model, and finally gives the related measures and suggestions based on the reality of Chongqing.
