Firstly the research situation of urbanization quality is described, then the index system of urbanization quality in northern Anhui and the corresponding pairwise comparison matrix are established, and the consistency of the matrix is checked. At the same time, the combined weight of each index is calculated by using AHP. In addition, values of the various indexes different cities in northern Anhui are given by consulting Anhui statistical yearbook (2013), and relative deviation matrixes are obtained by membership function.
