Newgeneration migrant workers，as an important part of present migrant workers，play a critical role in boosting social progress through concerning about their all kinds of demand situations，however，sports culture demand is regarded as one of the important indicators for them to really integrate into the cities. Based on the status quo of sports culture demand in the process of the integration of the newgeneration migrant workers into the cities and their present problems，a complete public sports culture service system is constructed by governmentled，enterprisecoconstructed and societyparticipated threedimension community via deep analysis of the causes so that the advantages can support each other and social distance can be shortened.
