This paper analyzes the business model of MeiTuan.com by analyzing the business model of the group shopping websites at home and abroad and finally proposes the improving measures such as enhancing talents cultivation, strengthening innovative consciousness and using diversified marketing methods according to the problems of MeiTuan.com in single marketing method, insufficient talent reserve, difficult to keep competitive advantage and so on.
