Abstract:The integration of real estate development and ecological greening to evaluate the comprehensive effect of the both analyzes the two factors such as development scale, earnings and development efficiency affecting the real estate development and analyzes the two factors such as greening scale and greening ratio affecting greening by selecting 12 indicators and by factor model, based on this, evaluation index system for real estate development is set up by considering urban green factor, finally the evaluation model is constructed to comprehensively evaluate the situation of 31 cities of China, and then concludes that the majority of the cities which achieve the better greening effect and better real estate development are mainly located at the second line cities, however, the first line cities which developed real estate on large scale in the past always neglect ecological greening, and that some third line cities have better tourism greening but their real estate industry is not optimistic because of less-developed economy.
