This paper combines M/M/1 Queuing Model with variable input rate and M/M/1 Queuing Model with adjustable service rate,i.e.discusses the condition with variable input rate and adjustable service rate,considers that queuing length k changes with the change of input rate and service rate so that M/M/1 Queuing Model with variable input rate λk and μk asjustable service rate is constructed and stable distribution and all indicators of this model are obtained.
