摘要:

高等学校经管类专业管理实验教学价值，对内体现了对于管理实验教学自身探究性、自主性、合作性特征的准确把握和积极利用，对外体现了对于我国现时代经济社会发展现实要求、学生自由发展、高校教学改革需求的客观理解和动态适应；在具体教学模式上，实现了由传统接受式教学向现代发现式教学的转变，使其培育创新能力、创业能力的教学价值得以彰显。

Abstract:

The teaching value of management experiment reflect the characteristics of management experiment and the characteristics of Social development. The teaching of management experiment achieved the change by the traditional teaching type to the modern teaching type. The management experiment foster the innovation ability and the entrepreneurial ability.
