This paper elaborates meaning of the bilingual teaching Gene Engineering , summarizing the basic elements and training objective of bilingual teaching and the effect of multi-media teaching and teacher training on the bilingual teaching,and proposes the experience and perception of combining theory with practice to improve the bilingual teaching of Gene Engineering.
