This paper firstly introduces the concept and construct of the general Sierpinski blok generated by the regular tetrahedron,then offers the Hausdorff dimension of the general Sierpinski block generated by the regular tetrahedron,analyzes the status quo of the reseach on the Hausdorff measure,by constructing a new iterative sequence of number,gives a better formular for the estimate of the Hausdorff measure of the general Sierpinski block generated by the regular tetrhedron,and obtains the relevant results by calculation.
