Enviromental impact assessment of land use planning can reduce the impact of the planning implementantion on all kinds of enviroment factors and their ecological systems and provide basis for scientific decision-making.This paper introduces working procedure and indicator system of environmental impact assessment in land use planning,analyzes the sources of uncertainty and its characteristics and puts forward suggestions and measures for accomplishing environmental impact assessment in land use planning to lay a foundation for the application of environmental impact assessmental to land use planning.
