This paper gives concept and structure of o-symmetry matrix,studies LDU decomposition,choresky decomposition and triple diagonal decomposition of a class of o-symetry matrix,propose its decomposition formula,and obtains some new conclusions,which can largely reduce the calculation and storage quantity of the three kinds of decompositions of this class of matrix.
