First of all,we build a new matrix based on the original matrix,some new estimation for the spread and the rank of matrices is obtained in this paper throuth finding upper bound by estimating upper bound value for the sum of squares of the module of eigenvalues of the original matrices,and at last,some numerical examples verify the effectiveness of our results.
