The problems of rural migrant workers is a hot issue in today's discussion, this thesis constructs Computable General Equilibrium model (CGE) with migrant workers and rural population flow equilibrium model ,to study the reform of the household registration and increase government transfer payment policy for migrant workers entering cities.
