A class of predator-prey model with the functional response xα/(1+βxα) was studied.The properties of non-negative equilibrium point and the boundedness of its solutins under positive initial condition in this system aree discussed by using qualitative theory of differential equantion,an existence and uniqueness of limit cycle within the change range of the parameters are obtained in the system.
