    摘要:

    摘 要:摩托车行业已成为我国机械类产品发展速度最快的行业之一,如何快速、成功地开发新产品将 成为企业在与国际著名公司竞争中获胜的核心力量;为尽快将新产品推向市场,获取抢占市场先机带来的 利益,企业必须具备一套完整有效的产品开发流程管理方案来指导企业进行新产品开发;在对J公司现状调 查和需求分析基础上,进行了新产品开发流程体系设计。

    Abstract:

    Abstract: The industry ofmotorcycle has been developed as one of the fastest growing industry among the me2 chanical p roducts in China, how to research and develop new p roducts quickly and successfully will be the core force for companies in the competition with the internationalwell2known enterp rises. In order to bring new p roducts to market and obtain the benefits brought by grabbingmarket share as soon as possible, enterp risesmust possess a comp lete and effective management p rogram for p roduct development p rocess to guide the development of new p rod2 ucts. Based on the investigation of the status of new p roduct development and requirement analyse in J Inc, the new p roduct development p rocess system for J Inc has been designed.
