Abstract:Abstract: Screening 30 strains of silicate bacteria by cultivation of earthen bowlwas conducted, after cultiva2 ting 30 days, 60 days, 90 days and 180 days respectively, potassium ion concentration was measured by flame spectrometry. In all 30 strains, effective potassium ion concentration in soil reaches 22. 1% in the cultivation of strain Xin 6, the total effective potassium ion concentration in soil reaches 20% in the cultivation of strain F1. Sta2 tistics analysiswas conducted on total effective potassium ion concentration of the soil, 14 strainswhich had obvious potassium melting ability were screened.
