    摘要:

    摘 要:化学镀镍技术具有工艺比较简单,镀层性能优良,是一种新兴发展的表面处理技术,由于化学 镀镍层硬度高,耐磨性能好,减摩系数低。镀态结构为非晶态,耐腐蚀性极佳。广泛应用在各种工业中,如 石油化工工业、机械模具工业、电子工业、航空航天工业等。最突出的是应用在计算机硬盘镀底层和各种化 工耐腐蚀阀门上。多元化学镀镍和化学复合镀进一步提升和丰富了普通化学镀镍技术,使之应用范围更加 广泛。

    Abstract:

    Abstract: The technology of electroless nickel p lating, recently developed surface2treating technology, is com2 paratively simp le and the p roperties of the p lating coating are excellent. Because the coating of nickel p lating is high in hardness and is low in friction, its wear resistance is excellent. The corrosion resistance of the coating is very outstanding due to the amorphous structure inside the coating. The electroless p lating has been widely app lied to such industries as petroleum, chemicals, machinery, die, electronics, aviation and aerospace, especially to p lating the base2layer of hard disks of computers and various valves in chemical industry requiring corrosion resist2 ance. Electroless multi2component p lating and electroless composite p lating further imp rove and enrich ordinary electroless nickel p lating and extend the app lication of electroless p lating.
