摘要:用HPLC法对中药制剂龙血竭散中主要成分龙血竭的指纹图谱进行了研究,初步建立了龙血竭的HPLC指纹图谱,并进行相似度评价,表明该方法简单可行,能够有效地控制龙血竭散中龙血竭的质量。

Abstract:

Abstract: To study the fingerp rint of dragon’s blood by high performance liquid chromatography, HPLC finger2 p rint of dragon’s blood was established and the similarity of the fingerp rintwas compared,which demonstrates that the method is simp le, accurate, and can be used to control the quality of dragon’s blood in dragon’s blood power.
